AIDS Care is the leading provider of HIV/AIDS services in Rochester
and the Finger Lakes and was formed by the January 2010 merger of
AIDS Community Health Center and AIDS Rochester. AIDS Care is the
only organization in the Finger Lakes region with HIV/AIDS care and
support services as our sole focus. On-site services include: Behavioral
Wellness, Case Management, Clinical Trials, Dental Screenings, Education,
Health Services (including primary and HIV specialty medical
care), Hepatitis C Co-Infection Clinic, Housing Services, Laboratory,
Neurological Care, Nutrition Counseling, Nutrition Services, Peer Support,
Pharmacy, Prevention, Smoking Cessation, Substance Use and
Addiction Counseling, Support Groups, Testing, Transportation Services,
Treatment Adherence Counseling, and Women's Health Care.
Program Participation Requirements: there are no specific requirements
to get an HIV test; other services are targeted to people with HIV. We
serve the nine county Finger Lakes region and individuals are treated
regardless of their ability to pay. Health Services: Mon., Wed. and Thurs.
9am-5pm, Tues. 9am-7pm, Fri. 9am-12pm, Closed 12:20pm-1:20pm for
lunch daily. Client Services: Mon.-Fri. 9am-5pm.
