PathStone offers a Revolving Loan Fund to help improve housing conditions and housing energy consumption through the provision of low interest loans. Minimum loan amount is $1,000, maximum loan amount $15,000. Lien recorded on loans over $3,000. For repairs, energy conservation improvements and environmental modifications and/or access for disabled. No cosmetic or other improvements except as noted.

Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) is a federally funded program serving Wayne & Ontario Counties. WAP provides: health/safety checks on dwellings, attic/sidewall insulation, window/door repairs, weather-stripping, pipe wrap, caulking, heating systems cleaned, repaired or replaced. Services provided by in-house crews and professional energy auditors. WAP is free of charge for those meeting income eligibility requirements.

Weatherization services assist lower-income households in reducing energy consumption, lowering fuel bills, and increasing home comfort. Examples of services include drafty window and door replacement, insulation and weather-stripping installation, and furnace cleaning/tuneup. All weatherization services are offered at no cost.
