Pre-Vocational Services Program is to assist individuals towards obtaining employment in their fields of choice, provide practice for the retention of skills, and support for those volunteering or working to solve workplace difficulties.

Vocational & Education Services for Individuals with Disabilities

Promotes the development of students with disabilities to be lifelong learners. Provides funds to students who have significant disabilities and who need training to meet their employment goals as agreed upon with the rehabilitation counselors for the agency. Funding is provided based on income and severity of need of education. Employment opportunities, training and placement for individuals with disabilities.

Wayne ARC
150 Van Buren St., Newark
A private not-for profit parent based organization which advocates for and serves persons of all ages with and without special needs. Services include vocational training and job placement, transportation, day services, preschool education, housing, recreation, respite, service coordination, clinical services, and a variety of senior options. Eligibility dependent upon service request. Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
