The PINS (Persons in Need of Supervision) Diversion program serves
children from the ages of 8 to 17 and their families, in collaboration
with the Wayne County Probation Department and the Department of
Social Services are provided to at-risk youth who are determined to be
eligible for the program by the Department of Probation. Specific services
include in-depth assessment, bi-weekly home visits, regular contact
with school personnel and collaboration with other agencies.

CDS can help at risk youth and parents develop the skills and tools they
need to avoid disruptive conflicts and to positively effect situations
such as school issues and family-related problems.
