Supports and operates therapeutic programs that use horses to promote
human well-being and enhanced quality of life for people with physical,
mental, developmental, and/or learning disabilities and for people
with economic, cultural, or social disadvantages. Currently therapeutic
horseback riding instruction is being held at Hillrise Equestrian Center
in Walworth, NY with NARHA certified instructor. Call for applications

Happiness House is an educational, health and human service organization
that excels in providing the highest quality integrated programs and
services to children and adults with and without disabilities, to their
families and to the Finger Lakes community. Birth-to-Five Program
combines evaluations, preschool education, therapy services, autism
support and service coordination to help children in the Finger Lakes
region meet their full potential. Therapeutic services delivered within
home and community, as well as center based settings. Occupational,
physical, speech and language and special education services are available
to eligible children from birth to five years of age.

Rochester Hearing & Speech Center

Identifies, evaluates and provides treatment for children and adults with
speech, language and hearing problems. Serve the Wayne County community
with Mobile unit, outreach programs at nursing homes, day care
centers, local schools and industries. Highly qualified staff of speechlanguage
pathologists and audiologists. Mobile unit visits Wayne County
sites throughout each month. Appointment necessary.

Roosevelt Children's Center - Wayne ARC

A private not-for profit parent based organization providing early intervention
and preschool services for children birth through 5 with and
without disabilities. Services include evaluations, preschool education,
therapy services, service coordination, autism supports, daycare, and
UPK. Services can be provided at home, in the community or at our
center. Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
Wayne County Public Health

Early intervention, Pre-K and health assessment programs for children
and families of children with special needs. Child Find (ICHAP) Infant/
Child Health Assessments available. No charge. Appointment necessary.
