The Wayne County Department of Aging and Youth contracts with Legal Assistance of the Western New York to provide professional legal counseling and representation in civil matters to the seniors (age 60+) of Wayne County. Typical cases include benefit denials, landlord-tenant disputes, and consumer rights. Services are offered at no cost, but donations are appreciated.
