"Ask a Nurse" service provides information on nearly any health concern, including specific diseases and conditions, emotional or mental health issues, and information on how to lead a healthy lifestyle including diet, exercise, and stress management. Rochester General Health System offers a Nursing Hotline from 7am-12 midnight to answer medical questions, must speak with Link Line operator to be connected with a Nurse.

From the top of their heads to the tip of their toes, we can answer, or find the answer, to any NON-EMERGENCY question you have about children. Talk free to a pediatric nurse from 7am to midnight, Monday through Saturday and from 8am-8pm on Sundays. You can have your questions answered by professionals who would love to talk to you about your children and babies. "585.292.BABY" is the only number parents and caregivers need to call (For Spanish speakers, please call during regular business hours Monday through Friday.)
