C.A.S.H. operates senior/disabled subsidized housing complex in Wolcott, NY, operates and manages units of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments in Lyons for people under 50% of AMI, also provides first time home buyer assistance program, housing counseling, mortgage, and foreclosure prevention services. Some income requirements may apply and vary from program to program. Hours of operation of C.A.S.H. are Mon.-Fri. 9am-2pm.
