Free one-to-one and small group tutoring in reading, writing, and English as a Second Language. Flexible times and locations. Additional hours available by appointment. Eligible participants adults 18 and over (16 if out of school) who live or work in Wayne County. Mon.-Fri. 9am-5pm.
