The Wayne County Department of Aging & Youth contracts with Legal Assistance of the Western New York to provide professional legal counseling and representation in civil matters to the seniors (age 60+) of Wayne County. Typical cases include benefit denials, landlord-tenant disputes, and consumer rights. Services are offered at no cost. Mon.-Fri. 8am-5pm.
