C.A.S.H. is the administrator of NYSDHCR Section 8 subsidize housing. C.A.S.H. operates senior/disabled subsidized housing complex in Wolcott, NY, operates and manages units of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments in Lyons for people under 50% of AMI, also provides first time home buyer assistance program, housing counseling, mortgage, and foreclosure prevention services. Some income requirements may apply and vary from program to program. Hours of operation of C.A.S.H. are Mon.-Fri. 9am-2pm.

PathStone also provides free counseling for borrowers who are having trouble making their mortgage payments. PathStone will help borrowers understand their budget issues, the mortgage details and the process of foreclosure and their rights during the process. When appropriate, and at the borrower.s request, enter into negotiations with their lender to modify their current loan so that they can become current on their loans and afford to pay the mortgage into the foreseeable future.
