FLSNY is a state-wide law project that provides direct legal assistance
to all farm workers regardless of their immigration status. FLSNY provides:
direct representation on a wide variety of civil legal issues, provides
outreach, community legal education and training's to law enforcement
and service providers, focuses legal work on young workers
under the age of 21 and especially on female workers who are victims
of gender discrimination and domestic violence, develops linkages for
farm workers with local social service organizations and churches, creates
networks of organizations including law enforcement, legal and
social services to assist victims of trafficking and domestic violence,
strives for the empowerment of farm workers and particularly farm
worker women.

Provides emergency and educational aid to migrant farmworkers and
their families because it is extremely limited and often not available. The
goal of Harvest of Hope Foundation is to fill the gaps in service to this
most hard-working yet needy group of seasonal migrant workers and
families by distributing funds to pay for gas, tires, car repairs, rent, utilities,
medical services, food, clothing, funeral expenses and scholarships.

Provides farm families with a network of contacts and support services
to help develop skills for dealing with life challenges and transitions
through personalized education, confidential consulting and referrals.

A federally qualified community and migrant health center providing
comprehensive primary care, including medical, dental, and behavioral
health services. Full medical services: acute care, chronic disease management,
women's health, men's health, family planning, preventive
services, and referrals. Case management/health advocates for migrant
and seasonal farmworkers, minority, and underserved populations.
Behavioral health services include mental health counseling and telepsychiatry
consultation. Medicaid, Family Health Plus, Child Health
Plus, Medicare and most other medical and dental insurances are accepted.
A generous sliding fee scale is available for those without insurance.
Facilitated Enroller onsite. Interpreters available for Spanish and
Haitian Creole.
