WIC provides healthy foods, nutrition education and breastfeeding support to eligible women, infants, and children less than five years old. WIC foods include fruits, vegetables, bread, rice, tortillas, milk, cheese, cereal, juice, eggs, peanut butter and more. Infant formula is available for those who supplement or choose not to breastfeed. Eligible persons must live in NYS and meet income eligibility guidelines (families enrolled in Medicaid, Food Stamps, TANF, Head Start, or Free/Reduced Price School Lunch are automatically income eligible for WIC). Mon.-Fri. 8am-4:30pm, evenings by appointment.

Free wellness clinics are held monthly at seven county locations. This service for seniors provides basic health screening services and includes blood pressure, pulse, and weight checks. Information and counseling on current health issues are also available. Also provides a registered dietitian: available to meet with seniors and/or caregivers to answer nutrition- related questions and to provide advice on making healthy menu choices. Mon.-Fri. 8am-5pm.

After school youth programs for youth grades 6-12 in Marion, Newark, Sodus, Walworth and Williamson.
