Happiness House is an educational, health and human service organization that excels in providing the highest quality integrated programs and services to children and adults with and without disabilities, to their families and to the Finger Lakes community. Birth to Five Program: The Happiness House Birth to Five program combines evaluations, preschool education, therapy services, autism support and service coordination to help children in the Finger Lakes region meet their full potential.

Head Start/Early Head Start

Head Start / Early Head Start is a federally funded program that provides comprehensive services to pregnant women, infants, toddlers, preschool children and their families. Services are provided in the areas of: education, health, nutrition, family services, parent involvement and mental health. The program philosophy recognizes parents as the primary educators of their children. We welcome and encourage parent involvement in all program functions and work as partners with the family. Special efforts are made to provide services for children with special needs. We are serving Wayne County children and families at our seven sites: Ontario, Sodus, Huron, Clyde, Lyons, Newark and Palmyra. Roosevelt Children's Center - Wayne ARC
848 Peirson Ave., Newark
A private not-for profit parent based organization providing early intervention and preschool services for children birth through 5 with and without disabilities. Services include evaluations, preschool education, therapy services, service coordination, autism supports, daycare, and UPK. Services can be provided at home, in the community or at our center. Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
