Diabetes Self-Management Education Classes at two locations: Diabetes Health Center at Clifton Springs Hospital and monthly at West Wayne Plaza in Macedon. Physician referral required for diabetes classes. Most insurance companies pay for all or a portion of diabetes selfmanagement training. Contact the Diabetes Health Center for more information. Support group meets first Wednesday of each month in Clifton Springs, 2-3pm. Anyone with diabetes is welcome to attend.
