Get started on building a positive credit history, control costs with a monthly budget, maximize earnings through Income Tax Credits and W- 4 exemptions. Gain knowledge of bank services and learn how to buy and maintain a reliable used car. Eligibility: adults with 6 months or more of continuous employment outside the home, working 35 or more hours per week, providing direct support to children aged 18 or younger; monthly income within eligibility guidelines; valid NYS Driver License; and unable to qualify for traditional bank loans.
