Supports and operates therapeutic programs that use horses to promote human well-being and enhanced quality of life for people with physical, mental, developmental, and/or learning disabilities and for people with economic, cultural, or social disadvantages. Happiness House offers two specialized preschool classrooms geared to the educational needs of children on the autism spectrum through our New Friends Integrated Preschool Program. The Autism Support Group is open to families and care givers of persons on the autism spectrum. Respite and sibling care/support is also available to allow all parents to participate.

Skilled workforce is dedicated to serving the needs of youth through providing child welfare, mental health, developmental disabilities, youth development, juvenile justice, and special education services. RCC offers a wide range of options for children diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and their families. Services can be delivered at home, daycare, and at our center in Newark. Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Developmental Interdisciplinary Services (DIR) and Training and Education of Autistic and Related Communication Handicapped Children programs are offered.
